Facet Rough

Our facet grade gemstone rough is covered by our unconditional return policy. If you don't like what you see when you get the stone delivered, return it to us for a full refund. If you use USPS Priority Mail and provide us with the tracking number, we will even include your return postage cost in the refund! The only thing we ask is that you DO NOT alter the stone in any way, including polishing a "window."
