Quality

We only sell jewels that we would proudly give as a gift of love. We figure if we wouldn't want to wear it, why would anybody else?

Pictures

Buying gems online is a unique challenge. To assist you in choosing the exact gemstone that you want, each item is accompanied by at least one picture of the exact stones that you will receive. For bulk rough lots, we sometimes show a representative image that is of similar quality to the stones you will be purchasing.

Most of the pictures are taken using a high resolution scanner. We have found that this technique works very well for most stones. In some stones, however, some features are slightly exaggerated or distorted. In these cases, we apologize and would like to point out that the detailed description of each item is as accurate as we can make it.

Pricing

To set the price for each item, we consult several sources to find a fair value for each of our gems. This price is listed as the regular price of the stone. To ensure that our asking price is as affordable as possible, we routinely discount each item we sell whenever our costs permit.

If you believe that any item in our store is priced too high or too low, send us an email and we will check into it.

Payment Methods

Currently, our preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal provides up to $1000 in buyer protection and offers the option to pay with cash or credit card. Paying with PayPal assures that your order will be shipped with the absolute minimum delay, usually within one to three business days.

We can, by arrangement, accept checks or money orders from the principal buyer in the exact amount of the purchase. Please be advised that your order cannot be shipped until the funds clear the bank. Orders paid by check or money order may take as much as two to three weeks to process. Third party payments and overpayments will not be accepted.

Shipping

Our shipping policy is currently under review. While we consider our options, the Shopping Cart will calculate the correct shipping charge for the shipping method you select.

Please note that we cannot ship to countries that prohibit or restrict import of precious stones, gemstones, or diamonds.

Returns

Our return policy is simple. Any item may be returned for a full refund within 30 days for any reason, or no reason at all. There are no restocking fees.

The customer is responsible only for return postage, preferably using USPS Priority Mail for confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for return transit time or returned items lost in transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to select a shipping method that offers shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, or insurance.

After we have received the returned item and verified its condition, a full refund will be paid to the original purchaser. If the purchase was paid through PayPal, the refund will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original purchase was paid. If the purchase was paid with a check or money order, we will issue a check to the original buyer. No third party refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
